- 1. Tie Joint
- 2. Solder Joint
- 3. Apply 3.5MM-4.6MM HEAT SHRINK TUBING
- 4. Apply Electrical Insulation Tape
- 5. Apply AG-TAPE-HV
- 6. Apply Heat Shrink Insulation 6mm
- 7. Apply AG-HOSE/96
- 8. Apply 2xCable Tiers
- 9. Secure Joint to the tube
Tools & Materials Required
- Soldering gun, Soldering Wire & Paste
- Heat Shrink Tubing; 3.4mm, 4.5mm, 6mm
- 2x Medium Size Cable Tiers
- 10/15cm AG-HOSE/96 (cut from Chiller Tubing if Excess Available)
- Electrical Insulation Tape (Standard)
- Wire Stripper, Side cutter
1. Tie Joint
• Strip 7cm of Red Insulation Coating First on each end of the Joint.
• Strip 3.5cm of Clear White Contacting to Expose the Wire in the Inner Protective Coating 3mm thick.
• Tie Joint together to avoid loosening.
2. Solder Joint
• Apply Soldering Paste to Tied Joint.
• Roll Soldering wire on to the joint area.
• SOLDER the Joint to avoid slipping out or loosening.
3. Apply 3.5MM-4.6MM HEAT SHRINK TUBING
• Cover soldered joint with heat shrink tubing
4. Apply Electrical Insulation Tape
• Stretch and apply Standard Insulation Tape to cover joint
5. Apply AG-TAPE-HV
• USE AG-TAPE-HV to Insulate Joint and after apply Electrical Insulation Tape to avoid it from rolling off since non-sticky.
6. Apply Heat Shrink Insulation 6mm
• Use Heat Shrink Insulation 6mm to protect AG-TAPE/HV FROM LOSSENING OR PEELING OFF
7. Apply AG-HOSE/96
• Use AG-HOSE/96 to cover entire joint from End to End
8. Apply 2xCable Tiers
• Use two medium size cable tiers to secure both ends of the AG-HOSE/96 AS SHOWN ABOVE
9. Secure Joint to the tube
Secure Joint plus excess High voltage Cable on to the Tube to Prevent it Touching/Earthing on the Machines Body for further Protection.
